Service Academy aims at developing an approach, which incorporates the technical training that the workshop’s personnel receives from the expert of each product, with the development of skills in managing the human and material resources of the workshop, as well as effective and productive handling of customer relations. The system approaches the management of a workshop by analyzing all the activities under the prism of two major objectives:
